This document presents testimony given at the November 4, 1975 hearing on Senate Bill 2538 to enact the National School-Age Mother and Child Health Act of 1975. Statements were made by representatives from the federal government, state and private health service agencies, and medical doctors. The bill concerns the provision of comprehensive health, education, psychological, and social services for adolescent parents and their children.
