The Program on Science, Technology and Society (POSTS), directed toward understanding a technologically dependent civilization, aims to illuminate the interrelation of technology and culture by means of more effective communication between specialists in the natural, behavioral, and policy studies. This report contains short, substantive descriptions of research projects undertaken by fellows of the program between May 1971 and August 1973 as well as a list of the recent publications and presentations.
