The Physiology Teacher, Vol. 4 No. 3.
Reynolds, Orr E., Ed.
The first article in this publication concerns radio-telemetry temperature studies of homoiotherms and poikilotherms. Radio telemetry reduces the problems related to demonstrating the differences between "warm-blooded" and "cold-blooded" animals; results may be plotted graphically, compared and used to generate classroom discussion. The second article concerns the relationship between habits and traits of medical students and their performance on examinations. Habitually low scoring medical students perceive themselves differently than high scoring students and have a high anxiety level related to examinations. (LS)
