Prepared as a program planning tool for participants of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Chief Area Education Officers 1974 conferences, this initial annual report includes topics discussed during the conferences; conference addressed presented by the Director of Indian Education Programs; conference evaluations; and selected reports presented by Area Office representatives.
