The hearings transcribed here were held January 29-February 2, 1976 and concerned appropriations for the Center for Disease Control, Health Services Administration, Office of the Secretary (HEW), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health, and retirement pay and medical benefits for commissioned officers.
