This is a summary of discussion and materials used in a seminar on Cognitive Style Mapping (CSM) of individual learning strengths as a key to an accountable teacher education program based on personalized instruction. CSM refers to a diagnostic technique used to identify a student's relative learning strengths on selected learning variables.
