This document presents the 17 articles of the collective bargaining agreement reached between the Board of Trustees of Delaware County Community College (DCCC) and the DCCC Association of Higher Education. It describes the relationship between the board and the association and outlines the rights of both organizations. Specifically discussed are: the assignments and responsibilities of members of the instructional staff, the contents of personnel files, contract procedures, workload, salary, fringe benefits, leaves with pay, leaves without pay, grievance procedures, and other miscellaneous provisions.
