Public Law 81-815 authorizes federal financial assistance for construction of urgently needed minimum school facilities in school districts having substantial membership increases due to new or increased federal activities. A seperate section of the report contains information on federal disaster aid for schools. Provisions for such aid are included in both the laws discussed here.
