The module, divided into three learning sequences, is concerned with the definition of work roles, work settings, and work-linked events. The five activities in sequence 1 deal primarily with roles, the identification of work roles and their interrelationships through class or group work, and role-playing. Each activity is organized under the headings of: class grouping, concept and vocabulary, learner prerequisites, educator's preparation tasks, materials/resources, skills, process, and adaptations, and contains detailed suggestions for the teacher's use.
