Resource Materials. A Guide to Production and Use.

This resource guide, a consortium of environmental education specialists from state education departments and resource management agencies in the 13 western states, sets guidelines and recommendations for the production and use of environmental education materials developed by resource management agencies and organizations. The council outlines a procedure to assist in determining the who, what, where, when, why and how of resource material production. Among the topics covered are: the philosophy of the program, kinds of resources, student interaction with the materials, availability of resources, specific approaches for use of resource materials and the Strandsearch.
