This is the second revision of the "Long Range Program for Library Development in Oregon," reflecting the need for emphasis on projects oriented toward county, regional, or statewide scope. The revision contains the projected five year action plan; revised policy for Library Services and Construction Act (LSCA) Title I, Library Services, and Title III, Interlibrary Cooperation; and a listing of priorities for federally funded projects.
