Real Communication in French.
Stoller, Phyllis Hersh; And Others
This book presents a sequence of learning activities that have been used with success in the foreign language classrooms of Kenston High School, near Cleveland, Ohio. The activities, based on group dynamics principles, are designed to facilitate relevant oral communication in the target language and, through this communication, to help the students develop a positive self-concept. After an introductory section in which basic techniques and approaches are outlined, twenty-six units are presented, each treating one or two grammatical problems. The appendix contains a list of words expressing feelings, and a bibliography of resources is included. (PMP)
