This document contains the reports and final recommendations of the 1973-74 Pennsylvania Student Advisory Board. Established by the State Secretary of Education, the board provides a forum for high school students to review issues of major concern at the State level and to recommend new ways of dealing with the issues. The areas selected by the 1973-74 advisory board included: (1) curriculum standards, (2) field experiences, (3) guidance personnel and services, (4) student rights and responsibilities, and (5) teacher observation/evaluation. Each of the five committees was assigned a resource person from the staff of the Department of Education whose role was to provide students with written material and to respond to questions from the students.
