These materials are an attempt at continued cooperation between the diverse economic groups of the Rocky Mountain-Prairie Region of the Environmental Protection Agency. This cooperation between educators, outdoorsmen, homemakers, students, farmers, and ranchers is vital to the improvement of present environmental quality and the ensuring of its future. Each booklet contains some environmental tips which, if acted on by the group they are directed toward, can help ease environmental problems. These tips cover such topics as air and water pollution and conservation, pesticides, solid wastes, wildlife protection, and noise pollution. The booklet for educators includes environmental learning activities for students in grades K-12. Each booklet contains a listing of things the individual can do to help preserve and protect the environment. (BT)
