An Institute for Teachers and Teacher-Trainers in Adult Basic Education of Urban Adults: Final Report.

Three models are presented in chapter four: Six-Step Program Planning Procedure for Adult Educational Activities; Six-Step Problem-Solving Procedure for Adult Educational Program Planning; and a 12-step Procedure for Program Planning of Adult Educational Activities. Chapter five evaluates the institute's objectives. Chapter six reports on participants' efforts to establish teacher-training workshops in their communities. Chapter seven gives a summary, conclusions, and four recommendations for teacher-training programs.
