Background material is also provided. Areas covered include relationships between the consumer and the law, contracts, sellers' responsibilities, guarantees, responsibillties, credit buying, installment contracts, consumer protection legislation, debts, truth-in-lending, consumer fraud, and sources of aid for the consumer.
