The interim report details the process followed in the development by the University of Missouri of 20 module specifications for a competency based training program to prepare curriculum consultants for educational programs serving handicapped children. Within each module, specifications follow a format at four levels of increasing specificity: competencies within module topics, competency components within competencies, and behavioral objectives within competency components.
