Sharing Among Those Concerned with School-Age Parents.
Eddinger, Lucy, Ed.
In this issue, the Consortium on Early Childbearing and Childrearing, a federally funded research utilization and information sharing project, reports on recent conferences, workshops, and publications pertaining to the problems of young parenthood. The Consortium is directed principally toward helping communities initiate and improve health and social services for school-age pregnant girls, young fathers, and their infants, continuing education services for school-age pregnant girls. The two workshops described in this report had two purposes: to improve the quality of care received by infants in newly instituted alternate care settings; and second, to obtain the clinical experience and observations of those who had been working with young parents and their infants.
