One of six courses to cover the six parts of the Certified Professional Secretary Examination, this course in business and public policy is appropriate for use in adult education programs, secondary schools, and community colleges of New York State. It is recommended that specific cases be used with each of the ten lessons to exemplify the major principles involved.
