This hearing concerned a bill to amend the Youth Conservation Corps Act of 1972 (Public Law 92-597, 86 Stat. 1319) to expand and make permanent the Youth Conservation Corps. The original Youth Conservation Corps provided 6,000 youth during 1970-1972 with summer jobs.
