Staropoli, Charles J.
This document presents both a descriptive and evaluative report of a postbaccalaureate internship program. It is indicated that the program was characterized by formal course work in methods and materials, learning theories, school and community relationships, curriculum development, interpersonal relationships, research procedures, and a practicum consisting of a 9-month supervised internship. This document includes descriptions of the Delaware State Career Ladder Plan and the Education Professions Development Act (EPDA) (under which the program was organized), of the program itself, and the Delaware EPDA Research Evaluation Report. There are 14 appendixes of various related material. (JA)
