The final section provides a model for systematic planning, structuring, and evaluating of career guidance, counseling and placement for this student population with an emphasis on the importance of self-concept in vocational development, the model consists of content evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation. The report also offers a taxonomy of indirect, shared, and direct functions of students, teacher, and counselors for stimulating and maintaining student responsibility for vocational and career development.
