The curriculum includes development of basic skills, vocational development, personal and vocational counseling, and job placement and follow-up. Each student works at his or her own pace on individual assignments to complete the requirements of the program, which include successful performance on a job. The programs allows students to complete high school and develop career-related skills, thus preparing them for further education or for the world of work.
