Physical Fitness. What Research Says to the Teacher Series. No. 26.
This booklet, one in a series entitled "What Research Says to the Teacher," deals with physical fitness. The initial section discusses what physical fitness is and what its characteristics are. Section two details various aspects of physical fitness and its relation to mental health. The remainder of the document discusses briefly the need for physical fitness, aspects of measurement techniques, and prerequisites to physical well-being.
