This monograph reports on the Cherry Creek-University of Colorado Teacher Education Program, which utilized a number of innovations in teacher education and stressed the potential of differentiated staffing in the preparation of teachers. Following the introduction, emphasis is placed on theories of teacher education, the Cherry Creek program, formative evaluation of the program, summative evaluation, the program as experienced by four individuals, and new dimensions in teacher education.
