Information provided from each state specifies the county or district, school, town, program, contact person, and phone number. The 19 states for which information is provided are Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. The introductory letter to the parents is written in both English and Spanish. (HBC)
