Jones; (8) "Interpreting--Key to Interaction" by Albert T. Pimentel; (9) "Personal Awareness" by L. Stewart Olsen; (10) "Ethics of Professional Leadership" by Roger M. Falberg; (11) "Community Agency Resources" by Robert K. Ward; (12) "Communications--Community Interaction" bu Paul L. Taylor.
