This report summarizes the highlights of the general and special sessions of the spring 1971 annual conference of the Ford Training and Placement Program. Funded by the Ford Foundation, this program is a coordinated effort by The University of Chicago and the Chicago Board of Education to develop better procedures for training professional staff for urban schools. Following an introduction and overview, this report covers 13 issues.
