Guide for the Development of a School District Long-Range Comprehensive Master Plan.

This document (1) provides information and guidelines to California school districts in organizing and developing a comprehensive planning effort; (2) helps districts view a total educational system and use a systems approach to planning and problem solving; and (3) specifically helps school districts applying for State school building aid funds in satisfying the legal requirements. Suggested in this guide are some basic requirements, planning processes, and personnel involvement necessary for the development of an ongoing developmental plan.
