Pucinski, (7) "The Role of Trade and Industrial Vocational Education Programs In Meeting Manpower Needs" by William Hewitt, and (8) "Conclusion - Where Do We Exert Our Efforts?" by Joe Mills. Also included are the introductory speeches and summaries of the National Occupational Competency Testing Project and the National Study for Accreditation of Vocational-Technical Education. (JS)
