The project services provided the migrant worker and his family included hospital, dental health, eye examination, nutrition, school health, maternal and child health, sanitation, and social services. As a result, evening dental clinic services were established in conjunction with each migrant clinic, interpreter service and transportation were increased to reach the maximum number of workers, and emergency medical care in the hospitals showed a remarkable decline. Environmental facilities for migrants are being steadily upgraded by legislative improvements, by interdepartmental planning, and by local health agency cooperation.
