Teacher's Subjective Evaluation of the Roslyn High School Tracking System.
This evaluation form provides the teachers of Roslyn High School with the means by which to subjectively evaluate the school's tracking system. The six sections of the form, each of which provide for five possible responses, are concerned with the teacher's satisfaction with homogeneous grouping, how the teacher compares the advantages and disadvantages of homogeneous grouping with those of heterogeneous grouping, the teacher's experience in homogeneous grouping as compared with experience in heterogeneous grouping, the teacher's attitude about changing from homogeneous back to heterogeneous grouping, and how the teacher feels her attitude about homogeneous grouping compares with those of her colleagues. A page is provided for the teacher to add comments, suggestions, or questions for consideration in the tracking system evaluation. (DB)
