Leggat, Robert
The term "audiovisual aids" often implies media like films, but non-projected aids like blackboards and display boards have advantages which shouldn't be overlooked. The use of various non-projected aids, including chalkboards, markerboards, flipcharts, overhead projectors, "q" boards, flannelgraphs, plastigraphs, magnet boards, display boards, mobiles, and table stands, is described. Tips on using each medium are supplied, and there are suggestions for making effective displays. Directions for making mobiles and "multi-boards" are included. (JK)
