This report presents some ideas that were developed by participants at a conference sponsored by the National School Public Relations Association. The conferees from educational, political, and civic life participated in a brainstorming session to develop ideas for improving public confidence in education. The best of these ideas are included in this report. The report introduces (1) those ideas to be started at the local level, those at the State level, and those at the national level; (2) makes suggestions about how to run a brainstorming conference; and (3) includes an address by Sidney P.
