1970-71 Evaluation Report for COP, FOCUS, IMPACT, TRANSITION. Title IV-- Desegregation.

This report contains four major evaluation sections, each of which involves various subsections: (1) Baseline (demographic) data report--all raw data pertinent to this subject is reported in Appendix A; (2) Training Effectiveness Report--raw data in Appendix B; (3) Product Evaluation Report--raw data in Appendix C; and, (4) Process Evaluation Report--raw data in Appendix D. In addition, there is a separate section for each of the projects involved in this evaluation which identifies objectives pertinent to each of those programs and the location of data to provide information pertinent to each of their objectives. At the beginning of each major section of this report is the following information: (1) A description of the particular type of evaluation strategy employed for that section, its purpose, and the process employed to obtain the data included in this report; and (2) A summary of the data as it relates to specific objectives or goals stated in any of the independent projects included in this report. A section in Appendix B contains information from various consultants brought into the Louisville Public School System. Each of these people have, for one reason or another, been involved with the schools and, throughout that involvement, have developed impressions of the System's change efforts.
