Six fundamental areas include: (1) Artificial Respiration, (2) Control of Bleeding, (3) Physical Shock, (4) Open Wounds, Closed Wounds, and Burns, (5) Fractures and Dislocations, and (6) Transportation. A complete presentation is given with key points suggested for inserting the 73 visuals that accompany this document. The visuals could be used as they are with an opaque projector or used to make transparencies. Space for the instructor's notes and objective questions and answers are provided for each area.
