This is the first of two volumes dealing with a comprehensive review of structural patterns in the "Advanced Preparatory Course." All essential grammatical structures introduced in the "Basic Course" are included. The textual material in the 20 lessons is designed to stimulate recall and reinforce previously learned grammatical patterns. The lessons cover: (1) parts of speech; (2) prepositional, genitive, dative, and instrumental case; (3) gender; (4) verbs of motion; (5) declension of nouns; (6) aspect of Russian verbs; (7) imperative mood; and (8) reflexive pronouns. Cyrillic script is used for all Russian language sections of the text. (RL)
