Coordination of Organic Curriculum Development in the Public Schools of Baltimore, Maryland. Final Report.
This document describes efforts of program administrators to implement an organic curriculum in a Baltimore, Maryland, high school. The chief program administrator coordinated efforts to develop instructional materials and curricular programs based on the experiences and interests of ghetto-dwelling Negro students. Organic curriculum is a learner-centered rather than a teacher-centered course of study utilizing learning packages specifying behavioral objectives. (RA)
