This document reports the results of a conference attended by representatives of various educational research and development agencies. Conference goals were (1) to exchange information about common objectives and activities, and (2) to explore the possibility of forming a permanent group to review developments by the various agencies. Topics discussed in this report include (1) conference goals, (2) present agency efforts to improve educational planning and management, (3) an interest and activity survey of participating agencies, and (4) goals and plans for interagency cooperation.
