The collection of papers concerning aspects of special education administration contains five articles on conceptual frameworks for the organization of special education services. Twelve papers examine organizational and administrative strategies and models such as coordination of services and special education services appropriate to sparsely populated areas. The role, preparation, and standards of the special education administrator are explored in six papers.
