Changes in Administrative Organization Aimed to Effect the Introduction of Appropriate Educational Technology.
Dietrich, John E.; Johnson, F. Craig
The administrative process of bringing about change in an educational institution is directly associated with the introduction of technology. When placed in its proper perspective, educational technology should be introduced to help solve problems caused by stress; prior to its introduction, change procedures must be defined, a commitment to change must be negotiated and stated, and a climate for change must be developed.
