A summary is presented of the remarks by the principal speaker regarding the purpose of the School Facilities Council Meeting. Lists are provided of various topics concerning school planning and design, which were presented by--(1) manufacturers and suppliers of educational hardware, (2) architects, and (3) school superintendents. A summary is included of the general discussion and points of agreement for each of the three groups of participants. (FS)
