Sample forms are presented for interview information obtained from teachers, administrators, students, guidance counselors, and dormitory staff personnel in Bureau of Indian Affairs schools, from parents of Indian students, and from community leaders. A classroom observation guide and checklists for dormitory and school facilities, curriculum and school services, and school atmosphere are included. Two educational planning games are presented which reflect teacher and student preferences and priorities. A section on program descriptions includes the problem which a program seeks to alleviate and the rationale for the program with specific information on pilot programs in operation.
