The information in this directory is designed to promote continuity in family planning services for migrant families in mid-continent streams. It provides professional personnel with a new tool to help meet the distinctive needs of individual migrants. Names, addresses, schedules, methods, and fee information of service agencies (health departments, medical clinics, planned parenthood centers, etc.) are arranged alphabetically by state and by city within each state. Plans are underway to periodically update the directory, and space has been allotted for inclusion of update information. (JH)
