Professional Income of Engineers 1968-1969. A Survey Conducted by the Engineering Manpower Commission.
Alden, John D,; And Others
This survey is the eighth in a series designed to give basic salary information on engineering graduates in the United States working in industry, government, and education. Its purpose is to report the present level of engineering salaries and, in addition, to indicate their trend over the past 15 years. Data were collected by questionnaire from 979 organizations representing 191,042 engineering graduates. Salaries are analyzed on the basis of years of experience, defined as the number of years since the baccalaureate degree. All information was requested as of October, 1968, and this represents the salary structure in effect at that time. (RS)
