This paper describes a training program for women designed to increase the number of women candidates for administrative openings (in Education), and to insure that graduates become sensitive to sex stereotyping so they will function as positive agents to eliminate its presence in schools. A total of 39 women during summers of 1975 and 1976 resided on campus at the University of South Florida for three weeks and studied, observed, role-played and analyzed their potential for leadership 18 hours a day. In followup interviews, all participants were on the move educationally, and have increased positive attitudes toward self and others, indicating they will be better able to succeed, once chosen to serve as leaders.
