Articulating Secondary and Post-Secondary Vocational Education Curricula. Final Report.
Farning, Max; And Others
A study was conducted to develop a procedure by which secondary and postsecondary articulation could be improved in a selected trade and industrial program (welding). Thirteen high school teachers were surveyed using a list of 560 tasks to determine what high school programs they were teaching. Results of this survey were used to develop a certificate of achievement that would effectively identify the competencies students have learned. (The task list sent to high school welding instructor and the certificate of achievement are appended.) (LRA)
