Presented are six papers on water conservation which were presented at a conference in New Jersey. The first two papers present recommendations of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection on water conservation and a master plan for New Jersey's water supply needs. The following four papers discuss water conservation with water-saving devices, the impact of home water-saving toilets on wastewater collection and treatment, the potential for energy savings through reductions, through the use of flow reducing devices and other conservation methods, and the impact of water-saving devices on the water supply and drainage systems within buildings.
