When developing partnership work, the members of Wakefield Skills for Life Group drew up a protocol setting out what each partner expected of the others. The process helped create one of the most cohesive partnerships in the region. This article takes a closer look at that journey, reflecting upon the nature of partnerships in general, and looking in particular at what makes a successful one.
