This paper presents the results of a study conducted to determine the level of degree completion among Micronesian college students. The report begins with an overview of the social, geographical, and phenomenological context of postsecondary education in Micronesia. Study results are then presented for the following areas of investigation: (1) college attendance and degree completion; (2) the Micronesian college student's experience; (3) college organization and student factors affecting degree completion; and (4) the social psychology of dropouts among Micronesian college students. Appended to the report are information on the study's design and methodology and a list of colleges attended by the students in the study sample. (APM)
